Ean Reed Named Paris Police Chief

Paris, Tenn.–At Thursday night’s Paris City Commission meeting, Foster formally announced that Ean Reed has been named permanent Police Chief.
He has been serving as Interim Chief since the departure of former Police Chief Ricky Watson in May.
Foster said, “During this time, he has led the department in a professional way, demonstrating leadership, sound judgment and an understanding of the direction needed for the department to be successful.”
Reed, she said, “has earned my full trust and confidence and I am proud to add him to my leadership team.”
Reed said, “I’ll do the best job I possibly can for the good of the department and the city.”
