The highlight will be a rousing concert by the Youngstown Symphony Orchestra that will start at 8:30 p.m. Saturday. The final segment of the performance – from 9:50-10:15 p.m. – will be played as fireworks explode in the sky, synchronized to the music. Ignite the Night weekend, presented by the Rotary Club of Youngstown, is the city’s America250 celebration.
