Ghana international Iddrisu Baba has completed a loan move to Serbian giants Partizan Belgrade from Spanish side Almería, with the deal including an option to make the transfer permanent. Baba rose to prominence during his time at Mallorca, playing a pivotal role in the club's promotion to La Liga before later joining Almería. He has also been a regular feature for the Black Stars, earning several caps for Ghana on the international stage. The midfielder made 22 league appearances for Almería during the 2025/26 campaign, registering one assist while accumulating 1,479 minutes of action. Should Baba impress during his loan spell, Partizan will have the option to complete a permanent transfer at the end of the campaign.
