Joe Gacy reflected on signs that persuaded him Wyatt Sicks was headed for downfall in WWE. He stated that a promotional segment featuring the group for WrestleMania was scrapped with The Undertaker taking over. Gacy recalled backstage interactions and match cancellations around WrestleMania 42 that left him confused not too long before the Wyatt Sicks were released by WWE. He revealed on the Insight Podcast that Wyatt Sicks was initially scheduled to have a segment with Tony Hinchcliffe on Kill Tony on Netflix. His inclusion in the Wyatt Sicks, where he partnered with Dexter Lumis for tag team matches eventually led to the duo winning the WWE Tag Team Titles in July 2025.
