On Wednesday, the Sheriff’s Office Detective Division served a warrant at the residence. Detectives arrested RiveraMojica without incident. Deputies booked the Shandon man in San Luis Obispo County Jail on a no-bail arrest warrant for multiple counts of lewd and lascivious acts with a child under the age of 14. The sheriff’s office remains committed to protecting the safety and wellbeing of the victims throughout the investigation.
