In June the Home Office unveiled its controversial accommodation plans for three Ministry of Defence (MoD) sites, including MoD Bicester Site A of the Bicester Garrison, between Piddington and Upper Arncott.
The plans include housing 1,250 immigrants at a former MoD site while they await their asylum process.
He said the centre would damage businesses and house prices in the Bicester area.
The Reform candidate said he has seen workmen on the site since November and lorries leaving the site "carrying loads of equipment".
The anti-racism group has recently spoken out after a video surfaced reportedly showing Tommy Robinson (real name Stephen Yaxley-Lennon) interviewing another activist, claiming that immigrants are deliberately being imported and housed on MoD sites in preparation for a military uprising.
