University Heights Academy made some key shots down the stretch to repeat as Boys All A Classic golf champions on Thursday at the Hopkinsville Golf and Country Club. The Blazers edged Livingston Central by three shots (336-339) to claim their third straight region title and fourth in the past six years. Cal Givens, the All A Region winner two years ago and last year’s runner-up, added a fourth place finish on Thursday with a 10-over par 81. Nash McAfee had eight pars, Hugh Sisk carded seven pars, and Luca Torres added six pars to help UHA put up a 336 team score. The Blazers will play in the All A Classic State Tournament on August 30 at Gibson Bay Golf Course in Richmond.
