A surprise full-length special, The New SuperKitty, premiered today on Disney Jr. On Demand, revealing that Willa the Wildcat is officially joining the crew as the newest member of the cat-tastic superhero team featured in Disney Jr.’s hit series SuperKitties. The special will be available to stream on Disney+ starting tomorrow, Friday, Aug. 7. A new “Ready to Su-Purr Roar” music video, featuring Willa as the new SuperKitty, was also released today. In the special, when the Howl-o-ween Cat’s charm is stolen, a group of Trixters escapes into Kittydale. When the Glamsters steal treats and decorations around Kittydale, the SuperKitties and Willa race to save everyone’s Friendsgiving traditions.
