Tsumkwe constituency councillor Petrus Mutji has set his sights on the area featuring its own agricultural schemes to reduce residents’ reliance on the government. “I’ve really been considering agricultural schemes . Mutji says Tsumkwe already has one agricultural scheme, which has been reduced to 45ha from 65ha and is currently inactive. He says his office is looking for solutions to revive the scheme and establish additional agricultural projects in the constituency. Mutji urges Tsumkwe residents to work together and come up with ideas and projects that could benefit the community, instead of relying on the government.
