Jaybee Soft Furnishings is an established premier curtain and fabric shop located in Abergavenny, Monmouthshire, and has been operating for decades. A high street revitalization campaign was launched in Monmouthshire by Mrs Fookes to target vacant commercial properties, supported by a £2.2 million regional funding injection. When visiting Jaybee Soft Furnishings, Mrs Fookes was told tidying up in the area was one of the things needed to help improve businesses. Mrs Fookes said: “It was great to pop into Jaybee Soft Furnishings, a fantastic independent business that has been in Abergavenny for decades. Enhancing the surrounding area would complement the garden beautifully and help create a much more welcoming entrance to Abergavenny.”
