Marlow Town Council has announced that the annual festive event will take place on Thursday, November 19. The celebrity guest who will perform the switch-on has not yet been revealed. The event traditionally takes place on the town’s High Street, which is usually closed to traffic for several hours to accommodate the festivities and large crowds. Recent celebrity guests have included actor Ross Kemp (2019), radio and television presenter Chris Evans (2021), and BBC weather presenter Carol Kirkwood, who switched on the lights in 2025.
