Now Sarah and Ethan Bennett, from Farnham near Blandford Forum, have spoken of their experiencing having hired Lowe to fix their BMW. Sarah said: “In May 2024, Mark Lowe agreed to repair the engine of our white BMW at our home in Farnham. “We were only able to sell it for scrap value, resulting in a substantial financial loss.” However, they said their case was not actively pursued, which left them feeling “unsupported and without any meaningful resolution despite the significant financial loss we had suffered”. “Lowe was a nice and chatty man, but it was all an act — the fact he could con us like this is just unbelievable and upsetting.”
