Mariah Elayne Johnson is scheduled for a court deadline in the Cumberland County Circuit Court on August 11, 2026, facing serious felony charges connected to a November 2025 residential break-in. Johnson is charged with Aggravated Burglary (Habitation) committed in concert with two or more persons, alongside Theft of Property valued between $10,000 and $60,000. Johnson reportedly admitted to hearing individuals discussing the stolen firearms, ammunition, and MacBooks at her residence earlier that day. Recovered Property & Arrests: Stolen items were subsequently discovered scattered across the property, including in the yard, on the porch, inside and underneath the house, and in surrounding sheds. One of the aforemention individuals from Johnson’s residence, Brandon Stepp, was apprehended by law enforcement while hiding underneath the residence.
