Yellows Bar and Grill, in the River End of the ground, opened its doors to supporters and diners in 2007.
But it has now been confirmed that it is to shut down permanently as part of the major shake-up of Carrow Road which will see a new 'fan park' created behind the Barclay.
Under the plans, away fans will be moved to the lower tier of the River End, from where 3,000 season ticket holders are being relocated.
The controversial revamp plans have divided opinions among fans with many River End supporters unhappy about being forced out of their seats and angry about a lack of consultation.
The club is hosting an event for supporters to ask questions about the plans on Wednesday, October 15 at 6pm in the Legends lounge.
