Heavy rains turned tragic for a family sleeping together in a room in Uttar Pradesh’s Pratapgarh district, as the roof of their house collapsed following heavy rain in the early hours of Thursday.
It was upon hearing Aman’s screams that the locals rushed to their house and tried to remove the debris.
However, all six trapped under the debris were dead by the time the site was cleared.

Station House Officer Devesh Kumar Sharma said the woman was trapped under the debris after the house collapsed around 11.30 pm amid heavy rain.
