Clearway Energy renewables & storage generation rises 16% year-on-year in Q2 2026

Full premium access for the first month at only $1Overall Renewables & Storage generation increased 16% year-on-year in Q2 2026 to 6,867GWh, compared with 5,945GWh in Q2 2025, driven primarily by contributions from growth investments.
Clearway reported Q2 2026 net income of US$30 million, Adjusted EBITDA of US$409 million, cash from operating activities of US$214 million and cash available for distribution (CAFD) of US$167 million.
The Renewables & Storage segment contributed US$372 million in Adjusted EBITDA, up from US$300 million in Q2 2025.
Clearway Group also pointed to its Honeycomb Phase II, a 210MW storage portfolio in Utah expected to reach commercial operation in 2027.
San Francisco-based Clearway Energy owns approximately 13.9GW of clean energy assets across 27 US states, including 11.1GW of wind, solar and energy storage capacity.
