Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...Central Virginia Arts will hold an art reception from 6-8 p.m. Friday, Aug. 7, at the Riverside Cafe, 522 North Main St., Farmville. The exhibit features CVA artists Ursula Burgess, Marianne Dennison, Deborah McClintock, Mary Frances Peca, Jeanne Strunk and Cynthia Wood. The community is welcome to meet the artists while viewing their work and enjoying refreshments provided by CVA members. Central Virginia Arts, a partner of the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts, is a non-profit organization offering lectures, workshops, exhibits and socials throughout the year.
