Clive Barker and Joyce Carol Oates have been selected to receive World Fantasy Lifetime Achievement Awards. Barker has previously been named a World Horror Grandmaster (1995), an International Horror Guild Awards Living Legend (1996), and received a Bram Stoker Lifetime Achievement Award (2013). I-III won the World Fantasy Award for Collection/Anthology in 1985. His Abarat: Days of Magic, Nights of War won the Bram Stoker Award for Work for Younger Readers in 2005. She won the World Fantasy Award for short fiction of “Fossil-Figures” in 2011.
