Devon County Council has announced that Harcombe Road, along with the road from Harcombe Cross to Rhode Dene, Harcombe, will be shut between August 10 and August 21. The closure will be in place from 8am to 6pm each day. The works are being carried out by Airband and include tree-cutting to clear lines of sight, overhead cabling, splicing, 120 metres of carriageway excavation, and the installation of new ducting and underground cabling.
