South Bend, IN - Joseph Alan Briggs, 57, of South Bend passed away on Friday July 31, 2026, at St. Joseph Health System-Mishawaka Campus. Joseph was born in Evansville, IN on January 10, 1969, to the late Loren and Clara (Dages) Briggs. Joseph is survived by his children; Kelsey Briggs, Courtney (Kenny) Briggs, Hannah Briggs, Matthew Briggs, and William (Taylor) Briggs, as well as his grandchildren; Vincenza(Rosie), James, DJ, and Omari. Also surviving are his siblings; Teresa Briggs, LuAnn (Briggs) Davis, and Gregory Briggs. Funeral service will begin at 12pm and burial will follow at Southlawn Cemetery, South Bend.
