The Department of Public Works and Highways has reported the completion and opening of the General Santos (Gensan) Underpass in Barangay Mabuhay, General Santos City. Furthermore, the delay also contributed to losses, including business closures, said General Santos City Chamber of Commerce and Industry president Miguel Rene Dominguez. The Gensan Underpass opening was attended by Vince Dizon, Miguel Rene Dominguez, and General Santos City mayor Lorelie Pacquiao, along with other members of their respective teams.
