It might come as a surprise, given the rocky nature of the Phoenix Suns since their appearance in the 2021 NBA Finals, but they have the third most wins so far this decade. The Suns are the only team out of the top six in wins who have failed to get over the hump and actually lift the Larry O'Brien trophy. We don't need to tell you, but the Suns are going to tumble down this list as the rest of the decade unfolds. They've won only six fewer games than Phoenix, and four of them came in the 2021 NBA Finals against the Suns. To have won less and still produced a championship will continue to hurt until they can be the last team standing themselves.
