AdvertisementThe Registrar of Companies, Delhi II, issued an adjudication order dated 05.08.2026 under Section 454 of the Companies Act, 2013 for violation of Section 42(10) read with Rule 14(5) of the Companies (Prospectus and Allotment of Securities) Rules, 2014 against Hindustan Coca Cola Holdings Private Limited.
Ltd. was received from the bank account of Hindustan Coca-Cola Overseas Holdings Pte.
