A Ryanair passenger has demanded her money back after being charged £75 for an "oversized" bag she never had an issue with before.
Laura Myers was hit with a £75 oversized baggage charge at Manchester Airport, despite photographic evidence appearing to show her suitcase fitting inside the airline's bag sizer.
Ms Myers posted images on X showing the bag placed within the sizer, with the luggage seemingly meeting the required dimensions.
Ms Myers believed the staff were pursuing their €2.50 per bag commission over what she described as a difference of mere millimetres.
"In other words, the guy was really chasing his 2.50 per bag commission fee for the sake of millimetres," she said.
