The Baltimore County Police Department is investigating after a 17-year-old died and two others were critically injured following a crash in Randallstown Wednesday night. Officers said they responded to the intersection of Liberty Road and Lyons Mill Road around 11:15 p.m. for reports of a crash. The driver, 17-year-old Angel Callejas Fuentes, was pronounced dead at an area hospital. Through an investigation, detectives determined that the vehicle was traveling eastbound on Liberty Road when it left the roadway and struck a tree. Preliminary information indicates that the vehicle was involved in an incident in Carroll County before entering Baltimore County, police said.
