"Five offenders have been charged with a total of 16 shoplifting offences over the past weeks." Police said their collaborative approach has enabled them to quickly identify repeat offenders and secure charges. Cwmbran town centre draws thousands of visitors each week and is home to one of the largest shopping centres in Wales.
