Artists Elaine Macdonald and Laura “Mo” Matthews met just a few months ago at a World War II talk at Feoffee’s Hall. After discovering their shared love of art and community engagement, they have teamed up to launch Petals & Paper, a tutor-led floral collage and painting workshop.
