Ms Jones said that Mr Hawden died on May 17 on the A10 at Littleport. He was driving towards Ely when his vehicle left the carriageway, went down the verge and went through trees and bushes. Ms Jones said the car struck a tree and the unrestrained driver struck the passenger door. Mr Hawden was pronounced dead at the scene. In a tribute at the time of his death, Mr Hawden's family said: "Jacob was a loving son, grandson, brother, uncle, nephew and cousin.
