Isle of Anglesey County Council confirmed that Hill Street will be shut from August 25. The closure will allow for the installation of a new pole in the footway. During the works, emergency vehicles will still be able to access the street, but all other traffic will be prohibited in both directions. A diversion route has been put in place, which will take traffic along the B5420 from the junction with Hill Street to the Britannia Roundabout. Drivers should then take the exit onto Dale Street, travel east to Uxbridge Square, and rejoin Hill Street at the other end of the closure.
