SUPERIOR — Fraser Industries is making plans to expand the shipyard in Superior next year with the help of HD Hyundai, a shipbuilder in the Republic of Korea. CEO Patrick Kelly signed a memorandum of understanding with the HD Hyundai to modernize the 135-year-old facility on Howard’s Pocket.
