He stated that Bihar spent 20 per cent of its State budget.
The BRS leader said only four of Telangana’s 33 districts have full-time District Education Officers, while others had only in-charge DEOs (District Education Officers).
Calling the State Education Commission an unnecessary burden on the State treasury, he wanted the government to furnish details of expenditure.
