Bury Times | News
Licensing documents show that Mr Alin-Mihai Zamfir has applied for a premises licence to open Ava Market, at 46 Bolton Street, from 7 am to 11 pm Monday to Sunday.
If granted, the licence would allow the shop to sell alcohol from 8am to 11pm Monday to Sunday.
The decision on whether to grant the licence will be discussed at a licensing hearing sub-committee meeting on Monday, August 17.
Representations from Trading Standards and Greater Manchester Police (GMP) will be made at the meeting.
Public documents made available to read ahead of the meeting show Trading Standards intends to object to the application being granted.
