Jan 15, 1933 - Sep 3, 2025 Rosemarie Nocera Frasso, 92, former resident of New Castle, Pennsylvania, passed away Sept. 3, 2025. Rosemarie Frasso was born in New Castle, Pennsylvania. Her parents were Joseph Nocera and Theresa Napolean Nocera, and her siblings were Irene Timmins and Fred Nocera, who are all deceased. Rosemarie and her husband, John Frasso, resided in Las Vegas, Nevada, since 1992. She is survived by her daughter, Juleen Angelo; grandchildren, Dario (Ashley) Angelo and Janelle Angelo; and great-grandsons, Landon and Daniel Angelo. She will be remembered for her generosity toward all and deep love of her family and friends.
