Permission was granted late last year for the company to go ahead with its third site in the town, ahead of pupils moving into the new £88 million facility just off Admiralty Road later this month.
The Scottish Enterprise-owned site had reportedly been “marketed unsuccessfully” for employment over the past two decades, but when the bakery business start trading it’s expected to create up to 20 jobs.
And they're ticking off the pre-development conditions they have to comply with, as part of the planning permission granted by Fife Council.
Satisfying these requirements has helped move plans forward, although there are more than a dozen similar conditions to deal with before the premises at Admiralty Park can go ahead.
The proposals were put forward by Sonder Commercial Development Ltd, and also include eight start-up business units for other ventures to snap up.
