Graham Middleton had been banned by a court order from contacting the woman. His attempts at serenading her with romantic verse saw Middleton appear in the dock at Dunfermline Sheriff Court. Depute fiscal Lauren Pennycook said Middleton had sent text messages to his former partner. He also sent her a love song saying it would be the last time she would hear from him but sent another message the next day. She imposed a 110-day restriction of liberty order and a four-year non-harassment order.
