Dyfed-Powys Police said officers received a report of a collision on the A495 at Llangyniew at around 4.25am on Monday, August 3. The road was closed while emergency services dealt with the incident and because of a fallen tree and cables in the carriageway. The closure also allowed for vehicle recovery work to be carried out. The A495 reopened shortly before 10.30am.
