Police extend powers after arrests and damage during Milford Haven protests

Dyfed Powys Police have confirmed that a Section 42 dispersal order remains active on Marble Hall Road in Milford Haven, with a second order now in place on Howarth Close.
The orders have been introduced in response to property damage that occurred during recent protests, some of which had otherwise been peaceful.
The dispersal powers allow officers to direct individuals to leave the area to prevent further incidents.
Two people were arrested on Wednesday, August 5, for breaching the dispersal order on Marble Hall Road and have since been released on bail.
Anyone with concerns is encouraged to speak with officers or contact police on 101, by email at 101@dyfed-powys.police.uk, or online at www.dyfed-powys.police.uk.
