The Lunesdale Arts Studio Trail, established in 1997 by Tatham-based artists Hannah and David Davies, offers visitors a rare opportunity to explore the working spaces of creatives in the area. Ten studios will take part in this year’s event, featuring the work of 15 artists and makers. There will be a mix of paintings, prints, drawings, collage, ceramics, video and jewellery on display. Lunesdale Arts Studio Trail will take place on September 4, 5, 6, and then September 11, 12, and 13, (Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays) with studios open from 11am to 5pm. A preview exhibition will be held at St Mary’s Church in Kirkby Lonsdale over the bank holiday weekend, from August 29 to 31.
