Jonesy, an eight-month-old Welsh terrier, disappeared from The Helm in Oxenholme on Wednesday morning, and was found on Thursday morning. Anna Harper, whose mother owns Jonesy, said: "My brother spotted her sheltering under a tree. "Not a scratch on her and she’s happy at home. "My mum has said she was so touched by the amount of people who were helping up on The Helm, messages of advice and thoughts. "Special mention to Lucy Rose Green who was out with her tracker dog late last night and Kenzie’s K9s animal search & rescue group and my mum's local friend Stuart."
