The incident happened on the eastbound carriageway near the Lakeside turn-off, just after the M25 junction. The road has been "partially blocked," according to the AA, and traffic is queuing back towards the Wenley Interchange. Delays of around 18 minutes, and increasing, are being reported. Drivers are advised to allow for additional time to prevent delaying their journey. Emergency services have been contacted for a comment.
