Cadent lifted a full road closure at Tarpots, in Benfleet, by midnight on Tuesday, weeks ahead of schedule. Despite the full, 24-hour, road closure being lifted, lane restrictions remain on High Road while Cadent continues work between Rileys and Tesco Express. Once Cadent’s work is complete, Essex Highways will begin overnight resurfacing of the A13 at Tarpots junction from August 14 to August 22.
