Highland cows may be pulled from beauty spot after visitors climb fences to feed them

Chloe Lucas, the owner of highland cows currently grazing at Norsey Meadow, part of the Norsey Wood site, said members of the public have repeatedly entered the meadow to feed the cows despite clear signage and the presence of cameras.

Chloe, who said she does not come from a farming background, currently grazes nine highland cows across three sites in Billericay and Basildon as part of a Natural England grazing project and the countryside stewardship programme.
