The Mary Sue
For one Charlotte woman, it became a much bigger problem after she says several expensive belongings disappeared before her luggage was returned.
After waiting days for her suitcase, she says she opened it to find several designer items missing.
She says JetBlue called her on the evening of the third day and told her the suitcase had arrived from Charlotte.
However, she says airline employees told her that claims for stolen or missing items had to be submitted online.
A supervisor reportedly told her that leaving the airport before reporting the missing items could affect her compensation, though any investigation would include reviewing surveillance footage if needed.
