In Bradford, average asking prices were reduced by £8,469 (4.03 per cent) over the past year. The lowest reductions were seen in BD1, where three sellers dropped their prices by £2,750 (5.5 per cent). The figures come from Property Solvers, which tracked 3,085 property transactions in Bradford from August 2025 to August 2026 using its asking vs sold price difference tool. Ruban Selvanayagam, co-director of Property Solvers, said: "Although market conditions remain challenging, well-priced homes continue to sell across the country. "Our monthly updated tool allows anyone to compare asking prices with completed sales in their own postcode."
