Botley Parish Council said SGN has begun emergency repairs at the junction of Holmesland Lane and Botley High Street (A334). The works require three-way temporary traffic lights to be installed, although no confirmed completion date has been provided. Motorists are being urged to plan their journeys in advance and allow extra time for travel. People using the Botley or the recreation ground have also been advised that access to the centre's car park will be more difficult while the traffic lights are in place. Alternative parking is available at the Mortimer Road car park during the works.
