The closure follows the loss of a key supplier and increasing financial pressures. Mr Carter, who outside of P&J's is a Reform UK councillor for Hampshire County Council and Gosport Borough Council as well as being the leader of Reform UK Gosport, explained that the business was much more than a source of income.
