Southampton has teamed up with Southampton Airport to promote the city centre to travellers through a fresh airport welcome. The arrivals area now features a prominent 'Welcome to Southampton' sign, with colourful flags installed outside the airport. Southampton, said: "We want to connect the airport with the city centre as much as we can and encourage tourists into Southampton when they arrive.
