Joshua Ingram, from Newhaven, died after being stabbed twice at Seaford train station on September 10, 2025. Joshua’s family told of their devastation at losing him and how their lives changed forever that evening. They further paid tribute to Joshua as a “kind-hearted lad” who touched the lives of those who knew and loved him in so many ways. DCI Stanley, the lead investigator in the case, also said that Joshua’s life was cut short in a “vicious and cowardly” attack. The 15-year-old was found guilty of assisting an offender on the day of the murder.
