Kitchen, state commissioner of labor and agriculture, arrived in Grand Forks Tuesday and spent Wednesday in Grafton inspecting the state school for feeble minded. The commencement exercises will climax the most successful year ever held by the University summer school, according to officials. The school will end Friday noon, as will the Central High School term, which has been conducted under the supervision of the University summer school.
