St Andrew’s Drive Phases 2 and 3, located in Pollokshields, has been named a finalist for the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) Neave Brown Award for Housing 2026. The annual award, named for modernist architect and social housing pioneer Neave Brown, recognises the best new affordable housing in the UK. The Neave Brown Award shortlist is drawn from the winners of the RIBA UK Awards 2026. Canada Water Plot K1, designed by Morris+Company with White Ink, features 79 affordable homes bordering Russia Dock Woodland and Stave Hill Ecological Park. "They also demonstrate the skill and care that architects bring to the Prime Minister’s aim of increasing the supply of great affordable housing.
